3. Purchase & Payment

www.mimir-test.com is open 24/7 and you can almost always purchase and use our products. It can happen that we close the webshop shortly for upgrade and maintenance. You can only make purchases when the webshop is open and available.

To make purchases on www.mimir-test.com you have to be 18 years old and use a valid method of payment that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old you can still make purchases if you have consent from your guardian or have the legal right by other means.

You can change the content of your shopping basket until the time you press ”Pay” at which time the purchase proceed to www.mimir-test.com and the purchase is completed. When making a purchase at mimir-test.com you will receive an order confirmation on e-mail.

Products purchased in the webshop are vaild as listed below

-> Tests are valid until consumed. A test is consumed when it is started by clicking the “Start Test” button. No refund is given for Tests that are not completed for any reason

-> Profiles are valid until the user deletes the Profile

-> Products with time limitation are valid from the time of purchase until the time stated in the Product Description has expired

3.2 Right of Withdrawal

Your Right of Withdrawal from a purchase of a product on mimir-test.com is void when you start to use the product that was purchased

For Profiles this is the time of registration

For Tests this is the time the Tests is started

Prior to usage of the product a Right of Withdrawal can be exercised until 14 days have passed since the date of the purchase by using the template below
